Terms of Service

Welcome to Tivvy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Tivvy ("we", "us") governing your use of the Tivvy mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tivvy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tivvy. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for all activity under your account.
Keep your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or impersonate anyone.
One person, one account. You may not create accounts for others or operate fake profiles.

3. User-Generated Content & Acceptable Use

Tivvy lets you create and share content — profiles, photos, posts, comments, chat messages, and game activity ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you share.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Tivvy has no tolerance for content or conduct that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, or otherwise objectionable. Violations result in content removal and may result in immediate, permanent account termination.

You agree that you will not post, send, or share content that:

Harasses, bullies, threatens, or defames any person;
Is hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar;
Is pornographic, sexually exploitative, or involves anyone under 18;
Is violent, promotes self-harm, or depicts illegal activity;
Is spam, a scam, solicitation, or commercial advertising;
Infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or age.

Safety tools & moderation

To keep the community safe, Tivvy provides, and you agree to use responsibly:

Reporting: you can report any post, profile, or message you find objectionable.
Blocking: you can block any user, which stops them from contacting you or seeing your activity.
Moderation: we review reports of objectionable content and act on them — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and/or removing the users responsible.

By using Tivvy, you agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and that we may remove Content and terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

4. Content License

You retain ownership of the Content you create. By sharing Content on Tivvy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App. This license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except where the Content has already been shared with others or must be retained for legal or safety reasons.

5. Termination

You may stop using Tivvy and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse other users, or use the App in a way that harms Tivvy or its community.

6. Meeting People — Use Caution

Tivvy helps you meet new people, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. You are responsible for your own interactions. Use good judgment: meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and never send money to people you meet on the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Content is accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tivvy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App or your interactions with other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
